The Krewe of Gemini and their guests are keeping the Shreveport Convention Center busy into the early hours. The krewe is celebrating its 24th grand ball. The theme this is year is 'Gemini Loves Television.' Familiar sights from TV shows from across the years dot the party. Members say tonight is a night to celebrate Gemini as well as meet and greet.

"12th night helps and then all the balls," one member said. "Royalties from other krewes come to visit. People are just starting to come. They don't event have to be royalty. They just come to see all the hoopla."

Gemini will continue festivities with its annual hospital visits on January 30th.
