Improving healthcare in Louisiana. That's what Governor Bobby Jindal says he's doing. Friday at LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport he talked about Senate Bill 287. That's the Louisiana Consumers Right to Know Act that creates a website that'll provide residents with access to reliable information on medical history and health plans. Louisiana received more than $1 million from the FCC to pay for the necessary infrastructure.
