It's official, Gustav has pushed back the 2008 Vote for Louisiana Congressional races by one month. That means we won't have winners until December. Here in the 4th District, that means the final ballot won't come until December 6th, when the candidates won't benefit from having Barack Obama or John McCain on the ballot. This Saturday's closed party primaries are now set for October 4th.
