After two years a plea bargain has been reached in the trial of an Elm Grove woman accused of killing her step daughter. Catherine Lowe pleaded guilty to manslaughter for the death of her five-year old step daughter Anne Celeste Lowe. She could get a maximum 25 year sentence. Investigators say the child died from injuries suffered at the hands of Lowe.     For almost two years prosecutors have been working to bring this case to court. Celeste's birth mother Jamie Mercer is glad the case is finally over. "It's not gonna make things easier because Celeste was a part of me, she was my child, I mean that's like a part of you that's missing now. Catherine Lowe will be formally sentenced on December 18th, she is currently in the Bossier Maximum Prison.
