Police said an officer pulled the girl over about 11:20 p.m. Wednesday after she failed to signal before turning into her driveway.

Longview Police Officer Cody Davis said the mini-van hit the side of the house before the underage driver got it stopped.

The girl wasn't hurt, Davis said. She got out of the van and said she had just dropped her mother off at a bar, Davis said.

The mother, Jennifer Rosenberg of Longview, was located at a bar on South Eastman Road and confirmed her daughter's story, Davis said.

Rosenberg, who was celebrating her 35th birthday, was arrested for endangering a child.

Child Protective Services is also investigating, police said.
