Miss Spirit of Ruston Hope Anderson is now Miss Louisiana. Hope beat out some strong competition and was crowned Saturday night on live television in Ruston. Hope said she's looking forward to the adventure in front of her and representing the state of Louisiana to the world. She'll compete in the Miss American contest in January.
