Arrested for repeated violations
A 20-year-old Haughton man has been sentenced to six months in prison for repeatedly violating deer hunting laws in the Kisatchie National Forest. A magistrate judge sentenced Devon Lucas after federal forest rangers found he had hunted deer out of season and hunted them at night with spotlights.
