A section of I-220 that was closed due to power lines falling in the roadway has now been reopened.

Earlier this morning some high voltage power lines went down, blocking part of the highway.

I-220 from Jefferson Paige Road to Hilry Huckabee was closed. Authorities have since removed the power lines and cleared the roadway.
