I-49 both Northbound and Southbound

Motorist are advised that beginning Tuesday, October 16, 2012, I-49 both northbound and southbound will have one lane closed between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. These closures will be between LA 526, Bert Kouns Industrial Loop, Exit 199, and I-20. The work is anticipated to last approximately 3 weeks. This work is associated with roadway striping operations.

No detour is noted. As a safety reminder, DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.

This work will be performed weather permitting.
