The KTBS 3/KPXJ CW 21 Independence Festival kicks off in just hours.
There will be a few street closures because of the festival.
Clyde Fant Parkway from Milam to Lake Street - Crockett from Spring to Clyde Fant - and Commerce from Milam to Crockett.
All of those closures will begin at noon.
