One of the biggest questions we have recieved over the last several days is: "How does a child become a bully?"
Psychologist, Dr. George Wolcott, answered that question and more as we explored the world of a bully.
He says that a bully needs to establish control and to do so they will pick people out that they can control. Often that behavior is learned at home.
Wolcott says the best way to change the behavior of a bully is to try and build their confidence in other areas and to change the rules of the house.
