KTBS workers are on the job setting up for tomorrow's 4th-annual-KTBS-3-KPXJ-CW21-Independence-Day-Festival. 

The free festival will be starting at 1 p.m. until after 10 p.m. on the riverfront between Clyde Fant and the river.
