BOSSIER CITY, La. -

KTBS 3 News is letting the good times roll this Mardi Gras season, and the Krewe of Centaur partied the night away Saturday at the Bossier Civic Center.

It is the Krewe's 22nd Grand Bal, which is themed - The Festival of Lights.

Light shows, music, and food helped revelers carry on into the night.

Krewe members say the party shows appreciation for their royalty.

"Tonight is the night our Krewe recognizes the royalty for all the things that they've done throughout the year representing us and will continue to do until after Mardi Gras Day. They will be presented in a in a storytelling type of way. The costumes are going to be just phenomenal, says Susan Shofner.

Guests at the ball included royalty from Krewes around the area.
