Students & Parents Invited to Learn About Careers in the Biomedical Sciences

Many middle and high school students excel in science class but aren’t sure what exactly they want to do when they grow up. To help answer that question, doctors in multiple fields, allied health professionals, a dentist, medical librarian, nurse, engineer, graduate students and more will shed light on their jobs in a panel discussion aimed to help students learn all options in the biomedical sciences.

Specifically, experts will discuss what their career is, what they actually do in that job day-to-day, salary ranges and what type of education and training is needed to get there. The presentation will be followed by an open discussion for questions and answers. Refreshments will be provided.
