It was a meeting of the minds to help Shreveport/Bossier put its best foot forward. The first-ever Travel Outlook Conference gave those in the hospitality and tourist industry tips to better plan for the future and generate business. They learned, in addition to casino patrons and those here for business, there are other customers to think about. Another newcomer to the scene, the broadway industry, which will soon be staging first-runs at the strand.
