Throughout the day, gun enthusiasts around the country showed their disapproval of President Obama's newly proposed gun control laws with Gun Appreciation Day. Those that took place in the day were encouraged to protest or shoot their guns freely at ranges. Long Range Alley Club owner Joe Beaubouef says they're honoring the second amendment.
"So many folks in politics, nowadays, are trying to take our firearms away," Beaubouef said. "We needed to step up and say that we're gun owners and we're proud of it, and we're not all criminals."
President Obama released and signed 23 executive orders on Wednesday, all gun control based. To read them, follow this link.
