Major General Everett Thomas, of Barksdale Air Force Base, will speak today at NSU to the upperclassmen ROTC cadets.
It will begin at 2 P.M.
The event is part of a lecture series in which senior military leaders talk to cadets about what it means to serve as a commissioned officer.
