Stanley Mangham of Shreveport, was sentenced today for stealing more than $25,000 through an investment scheme. Mangham pled guilty in April to Theft of Assets of an Aged or Disabled person, after it was discovered that he convinced three people to invest into the company he worked for at the time. But the money was instead deposited into a bank account he set up. Mangham will serve 8 years in prison at hard labor, pay a $3,000 fine, and must provide restitution to the victims upon his release.
