Bossier City police are looking for a Logansport suspected of stealing a car valued at more than $50,000 after giving the dealership fake information before he took the car for a test ride.

An arrest warrant charges 33-year-old Gregory Glen Gandy with theft by fraud.

Gandy is accused of getting a 2008 Dodge Charger by fraud from Landers Dodge in Bossier City on Feb. 2.

Police said Gandy filled out the financial paperwork for the car and was allowed to leave the lot with it. The dealership later learned the information Gandy provided on the paperwork was false, police said.

Gandy's last address was in the 600 block of Cool Springs Road in Logansport. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the White Collar Crimes Unit at (318) 741-8669.
