A Minden police officer has been arrested on charges he used another officer's PIN number to put $400 worth of gas in his personal vehicles and charge it to the city.

Craig Bucknor, 30, was booked by city police on felony theft charges.

Authorities said Bucknor got another officer's gas-card PIN that is used when officers put fuel in their police cars.

Bucknor used that officer's PIN to buy gas for his personal vehicles on 10 different occasions, Webster District Attorney Schuyler Marvin said. Two of those were recorded by security cameras, Marvin said.
