School officials at Linwood Public Charter School in Shreveport had a mother removed from the school and arrested after she violated school policy.
According to Beverly Washington her son hit his head against the wall when a fellow classmate pulled the chair he was about to sit it out from up under him.
As she was leaving the school, after checking her son out, that is when school officials say Washington starting going off on students and used profanity against the students. The assistant principal then issued several warnings for her to leave the room but she refused and that is when he had her arrested.
Vickie Carrol, the school principal, says it is against school policy for any parent to disrespect a student or staff member. And the she is holding the parent accountable for her action.
