Most of school's students go home early amid threats

The majority of the students at Atlanta, Texas, High School went home today amid a threat that a student might be planning an attack.

Officials said the situation was traced back to Friday, when an Atlanta student got a text message there would be an explosion at school on Monday. Police got a call today there was going to be a shooting on campus.

Officials said approximately 350 of the 500 students went home early today.

Police are investigating the threats. No arrests had been made this afternoon.
