A Claiborne parish woman charged with stabbing her boyfriend to death has been arrested again.

Homer police say after a brief altercation with a group of people, Patishi Kirk went to her car, grabbed a gun and waved it at the crowd.

Authorities say the incident happened in the city park last week, but Kirk wasn't arrested until Monday.  Police say the arrest came after interviewing a witness.

Kirk, who was already out on bond pending the second degree murder trial of her boyfriend back in July 2010, was booked into jail for aggravated assault.

Police say she was released on $5,000 bond.
