Residents in southeast Louisiana continue preparing for the arrival of Tropical Storm Isaac. On Monday, all along Canal Street in New Orleans, businesses were boarding up to keep Isaac out.

On the normally busy Bourbon Street, business was a bust -- bars were opened but partygoers were few and far between.

Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal urged residents that if they were to leave, Monday would be the best day to do it.
