Diane Broom, 42, of the 3200 block of Old Plain Dealing Road, contacted Action Taxi and asked to be driven to several locations in Plain Dealing, Shreveport and Bossier City. After Broom was delivered back to her residence, she could not pay the taxi fee which amounted to $167.

Broom was booked into the Bossier Maximum Security Facility with bond pending.
