There are going to be some delays because an 18-wheeler carrying thousands of gallons of milk over-turned early this morning.It's blocking the eastbound lanes of Interstate 20.Traffic is being diverted to the Goodwill Road exit to Highway 80 to Dixie Inn. Drivers can get back on I-20 at mile marker 44.

Traffic is expected to be delayed for 3 hours.
