A Physician Assistant is accused of getting too physical and too personal with patients at a doctor's office in Waskom, Texas.

Christopher Magill, 25, is accused of indecent exposure after Harrison County investigators got three three complaints, all from females, regarding alleged inappropriate conduct.

All three incidents happened during the month of February. The women told investigators that during their examinations, Magill asked very personal questions not related to the examinations. They also say that he exposed his genitals to them during the time he was along with them in the exam room.

But one woman says the suspect went much farther. She told authorities that Magill touched her breasts inappropriately during an exam for an unrelated illness.

Magill is charged with indecent exposure.

He was released from the Harrison County Jail after posting an $8,500 bond.

All charges are misdemeanor charges and may be punishable by six months confinement and/or a fine of $2,000.00

Magill is no longer employees at the physician's office where the alleged assaults happened.

The allegations have been reported to the State of Texas Licensing Board.
