Police today continued their search for Robert McCoy, the man suspected in a triple murder in Bossier City this week -- and also maintained a heavy presence at a funeral home where visitation was held for one of the victims.

Today's visitation was for Willie Ray Young, who was murdered Monday night along with his wife, Christine Colston, and her 17-year-old grandson, Greg Colston. Young will be buried on Saturday.

McCoy was in the middle of a divorce with Colston's daughter, who had accused him of stalking and threatening her, including putting a knife to her throat last month.

Police said McCoy might have gone to the murder victims' apartment looking for his estranged wife, who is now in protective custody.

Services for Colston and her grandson are pending.

Police are asking for national media organizations to publicize the search for McCoy, hoping it will lead to more tips on his whereabouts. Federal authorities have joined the search.

McCoy's family on Thursday and again today made public pleas for him to surrender.
