Power is back on for nearly 1.800 AEP Swepco customers in Shreveport. The electric company says a tree fell onto a power line causing the outage. The affected area was around Youree Drive and E. 70th, as well as, Bert Kouns and E. Kings Highway.  The power was knocked out around 8 this morning and back on an hour later.   Some businesses were forced to temporarily close because of the outage.
