Pre-trial date set for Bobby Harris

The district attorney's office says Bobby Harris has been assigned an attorney that specializes in cases involving the death penalty.

Harris is accused of robbing South Mansfield's Mayor Dessie Lee Patterson and stabbing her to death.

Prosecutors say he used the $200 he stole to buy beer and marijuana.

A pre-trial date has been set for October 31.
