Reminder: NWLA Food Bank Food Drive

Tis the season for celebrating Christmas and giving. It's not to late to help the Northwest Louisiana Food Bank with its major food drive this holiday season. 

The goal is to fill the truck with canned goods for the food bank. The drive runs until noon Friday. The truck is at the Shreve City Goodwill store on Shreveport Barksdale Highway. It's brought to you by the Eldorado Casino Shreveport and Tango Transport.

Shun Washington, a volunteer for the "Filling Trucks, Filling Lives" food drive, says he has seen a steady number of people donate but is hoping more will come since it's the season of giving.
