Rep. Norton attending Presidential Inauguration

Louisiana State Representative Barbara Norton is in Washington D.C. to witness history, the 2nd inauguration of President Barack Obama.
She says not only is it a great source of encouragement for the African American community, but for all people.
Representative Norton says she hopes to attend one of the inaugural balls Monday night.
