School Choice Special Segment 3: Charter School

From neighborhood schools, to magnet schools, to charter schools.
A charter school is the newest from of education in Northwest Louisiana.
The coming school year the Magnolia School Excellence will open its doors.
It will be run by a Florida based company called Charter Schools USA.
Enrollment is open to all Caddo Parish students grades K-6th at no cost parents.
