Cell phone video sent to KTBS sparks questions over if the driver of the bus should have stopped when two students started fighting.

In the video you see several students start getting out of their seats. Then you see to male students are punching each other. And at one point one of the boys is pinned down between the seats.

The fight is broken up by other students.

District officials tell us the driver of the bus is not required to stop the bus or to break up the fight. If a driver decided that a fight is serious enough he or she is suppose to radio in or call police for assistance
