Water removal and cleanup continued today at Shreveport's Southfield School, where nearly three feet of water flooded into the private school in South Highland.

The weight of the water broke several windows, sending floodwaters into the basement and multi-purpose area, the school said.

None of the classrooms or offices were affected, Headmaster Jeff Stokes said.

A recently renovated section of the school suffered the most damage.
