Man accused of child rape in Webster Parish

A $4 million bond has been set for a Webster Parish man charged with raping an 11-year old girl. He was arrested in Cotton Valley over the weekend.

Cotton Valley Police Chief Terry Brown said the girl had been sexually abused on several different occasions.

Police said Rockcola "Rocky" Plaisance, 19, forced the girl to perform oral sex on several different occassions.

Also arrested was David Taylor, 51. The former substitute teacher is charged with being an accessory after the fact and indecent behavior with a juvenile. Police said Taylor knew the child was abused but did not report it.
