Black Friday sales are starting earlier each year, but now some stores in our area are letting their customers get Black Friday deals on Thanksgiving.

Stores like Walmart, Toys-R-Us, Kmart and Target are opening their doors late Thursday evening.

Some people argue that's not enough time to spend time with family and friends on the holiday before people are pulled to stores to shop.

Most of the shoppers we talked to today say they're glad the stores are open early so they have a better idea of what they want and where to go.
