Shreveport Road Closure

Shreveport, LA (KTBS) -

A road closure in Shreveport may cause some traffic delays this week.

Beginning on Tuesday, February 19, at 9 a.m. and running through Friday, February 22, at 5 p.m., the southbound roadway of US 171 will be closed at Milam Street. Southbound traffic will be detoured west on Milam Street to Jewella Avenue.

The cause of the closure is so that crews can repair a water main. Northbound traffic will not be affected.
