Lakeshore Drive Shooting Leaves One Person Injured

Shreveport -

One person has been injured Tuesday afternoon following a shooting on Lakeshore Drive. Shreveport police tells KTBS that three men were arguing just before 4 o'clock Tuesday afternoon in the 4300 block of Lakeshore Drive near the Country Club Apartments. 

One of the men opened fire on the other two and struck an innocent bystander. Stray bullets also hit several cars. 

The woman, whose name has not been released, was transported to LSU Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. 

Officers are still looking for the gunman as well as the other men involved.

Shreveport police are still investigating this incident.
