John Robinson, Sr.Bossier Sheriff Larry Deen says a Shreveport man has been arrested for possession of crack cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, for having an expired drivers license and improper lane usage.

John Kenneth Robinson, Sr., 44, of the 4100 block of Southern Avenue, was taken into custody Thursday afternoon after the vehicle he was driving was observed crossing the solid, white fog line and the solid, double yellow center line on Old Plain Dealing Road.  A traffic stop was initiated and a check revealed Robinson was driving on an expired drivers license.

He gave a Bossier Sheriffs deputy permission to search his pockets and the deputy recovered a crack cocaine smoking device.  The residue in the device field-tested positive for crack cocaine.

Robinson was arrested and booked into the Bossier Maximum Security Facility with bond pending.

Information released by the Bossier Parish Sheriff's Office.
