Caddo Sheriff’s detectives have arrested a Shreveport man for aggravated incest, said Sheriff Steve Prator.
Joe Nell Gilmer Sr., 54,, was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center on Friday. His bond was set at $250,000.
Detectives say the activity which led to Gilmer’s arrest occurred in 2010.
