A small earthquake has been recorded near Trumann in northeastern Arkansas.
   The U.S. Geological Survey says the 2.3 magnitude quake was recorded about 3 miles southwest of Trumann at 3:21 p.m. Sunday. Trumann police say there have been no reports of injury or damage.
   Geologists say earthquakes of 2.5 to 3.0 are generally the smallest that are felt by humans.
