For a second time in a week an earthquake has rocked Shelby County.

 It was reported at 6:31am.

The U.S. Geological survey says the quake was centered two miles south miles of Timpson.

According to the U.S.G.S. it measure 2.8 on the richter scale.

On Friday an earthquake measuring four point one on the richter scale rocked the same area.
