Shreveport Police say Brian Plant called a friend, telling the friend he was being robbed at his home on Wichita Street just before 3:00am Tuesday.

The friend showed up at Plant's house and found him bleeding from a stab wound.

The friend was driving him to the hospital, when they spotted an officer at the Circle K on Line Avenue and Olive Street. The friend pulled over and stopped for help.

The fire department took Plant to LSU HSC. His condition was unknown early this morning.
