Suspect behind bars in deadly East Texas armed robbery
One man is dead, and another is behind bars, after a violent robbery at an East Texas restaurant.
It happened at the Domino's Pizza in the 2100 block of Victory Drive in Marshall just before 10 p.m. last night.
Police say 25-year-old Eric Alexander Mills shot 22-year-old Raymond Gomez inside the restaurant.
Gomez was taken to Good Shepard Medical Center, where he later died from his injuries.
Investigators say surveillance photos show Mills at the Dominos, where officials say he also shot and injured another employee.
That employee, whose name has not been released, was also taken to Good Shepard Medical Center in Marshall.
Marshall Police say a tip led to Mills's arrest.
He's charged with Capital Murder.
