Suspect sought in double shooting

Shreveport police are seeking the public's assistance and Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Marcus Coutee for attempted first-degree murder.

Coutee is wanted for the shooting of two people in an "ambush-style" attack at 4707 Rightway on Jan. 8.

Coutee uses the nicknames "PeeWee" and "Ugly Blood" and has a tattoo on the right side of his neck that says "100% Cut Throat," police said. Coutee should be considered armed and dangerous.
