The manager of a food stand in a Little Rock mall where one employee was shot and killed and another was critically wounded says one of the suspects is an employee and the other is a former employee.

Police say Christian Hayes died following the Thursday night shooting and robbery at Sbarro inside Park Plaza. Jashonta Thomas is hospitalized in critical condition with gunshot wounds.

Police have arrested Deonte Edison and Tristan Bryant on murder charges.

Edison is an employee and Bryant is his nephew who worked there until being "let go" recently.

An attorney for Bryant in another case did not return a phone call. Records do not list an attorney for Edison.

Both are jailed without bail.
