Our guests from Jefferson, Texas, gave us a sneak peek of what to expect at an event on Sunday, October 28. Vendors lined the street to give people a taste of what they have to offer in Jefferson. Here's the recipe Tami Jacobs shared with us from 5D Cattle Company:

GRILLED CHICKEN BREASTS

4 Large Chicken Breasts

Lawry's Seasoning Salt

2 TBSP. Tone's Lemon Pepper

1 tsp. Tone's Dry Minced Garlic

1 tsp. Tone's Parsley Flakes

Wish-Bone Italian Dressing

1/4 Cup Chardonnay White Wine

Apply Lawry's Seasoning  Salt (to taste), Lemon Pepper, Minced Garlic and Parsley Flakes to chicken breasts.  Sprinkle with Italian Dressing and place in large zip lock bag and pour in 1/4 cup White Wine.  Place in refrigerator to marinate overnight.  Grill over medium heat until done.
