The Twin Cities celebrated the 25th Annual National Night Out Tuesday evening. In Texarkana, Arkansas, nearly 18 neighborhoods hosted block parties to celebrate the event. Several residents say it makes them feel safer to know their neighbors and area law enforcement. Texarkana, Texas Councilmember Brent Stewart hosted a block party in Ward Three. This is the first time both sides have held the event in October.
