Mathew D. Hiltibrand of Texarkana claimed the first of three $1 million top prizes in the Cash Excitement scratch-off game at the Texas Lottery claim center in Tyler Tuesday.
Hiltibrand purchased his ticket at the Step In #3 located at 5115 Summerhill Road in Texarkana. The store is eligible to receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
In addition to the two remaining top prizes, the $20 Cash Excitement game also offers nearly a million lower-tier prizes ranging from $20 to $10,000.
Overall odds of winning any prize in Cash Excitement are 1 in 3.05, including break-even prizes.
